Very valid points and like how you added Fred at the end.  The Reagan video really shows how some conseratives take conservatism and turn it into talking points.  What a waste</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think it is necessarily a &quot;southern&quot; problem, although it is certainly the most pervasive there, but so too  is conservatism so I genuinely think that is natural.  Given the region&#039;s love for evangelical denominations, it is difficult to cut through the rhetoric.  At the end of the day, if conservatives educate themselves and keep an open mind then they can understand that religion can be the life-blood of a politician just not a party.</description>
