		<description>His father is a libertarian so by his very nature he wants to dismantle the federal government piece by piece.  I am not that familiar with Rand but if he is cut from the same cloth as his father he will certainly represent a drastic change for Kentucky</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know that KY can be read as such an open book.  Louisville is a very powerful and diverse entity and has a constituency very dissimilar to the whole of the state.  Traditionally the state has had more southern evangelcal christian conservatives, but then again they have also had Bunning for ages.</description>
