The Justice Department has assured the American people and the citizens of Illinois that the transition will be effortless and the prosecutions will remain on track, but anyone with even a remote understanding of the legal system certainly understands that there WILL be constitutional challenges made bc of the location of their detention that would never have arisen if they were still being incarcerated in Cuba. As long as they are isolated, there will be no problem here for the local community. The problems arise when it comes to prosecuting these individuals on American soil.
