Dennis Miller on Copenhagen, Gitmo Illinois, and Pelosi
The always entertaining Dennis Miller offers up his usual take on all things politically comical. I still wish he could find a better gig, but in the mean time we will have to continue watching him on O’Reilly.
In speaking about the move of Gitmo to Illinois and the loss of some of the comforts detainees has in Cuba he said, “If you’re in Chicago and you see a sign that points to Mecca know that its pointing to Wrigley Field.”
“The good news is if you sentence them to death in Illinois, they’ll get to vote twice in the next election.”
He also makes the point that I have been asking around here for weeks – why is this global climate change summit taking place in Copenhagen in the first place? Couldn’t they just save the gas and Carbon footprint and do this thing via video conference? Have they seen a networking solutions commercial lately? Come on.

Dennis Miller is a genius. I dont mean like a genius genius although he is really intelligent. I mean like a genius of political comedy. Even if I disagreed with his views, I would still get a laugh out of listening to him. I am really glad that you posted that and the Michael Moore post – you were getting kind of boring lately like you were stuck in a serious mode or something.
