A Computer and a Beer… or Twelve: UPDATE BCS Edition

For many of you that find your way here frequently (or more accurately for the few of you that accidentally make it here looking for something else) you know that I generally try to keep this site looking as little like a “blog” as is humanly possible.  For the most part that effort is limited only by my lack of css, html, or general knowledge of what the hell I am doing around here.  Days like the one I had yesterday, where I spent a whole day trying to figure out why I wasn’t “pinging” properly, make me wish I would have set up a blogspot account and made the cookie cutter boring ass blog that looks a million others.  More accurately it means I spent a day drinking coffee, Googling for answers, and whoring myself out to any tech nerd hack I could find with a hint of an answer for my problem.  Lets just say I wasn’t a happy camper.

Around midnight I decided I had had enough of dealing with this mind numbing internet language and decided to call it a night.  When I woke this morning – about three hours later as that’s all my Twilight ass really sleeps –  I went through my daily routine of searching the web for news of substance, or at least something that made me want to read more than a headline and not want to kill myself.  Not long into this endeavor, I made it to a blog that I have recently come to know and found just what I had been looking for.  BECAUSE ITS LATE AND I’M DRUNK.  It was just the post I needed to begin day two of my frustration with the Internet and my ongoing battle with technology.

I’ll tell you before you click on it, its blog talk, so for those of you that hate when I post content like that around here – bite me its my site – just dont click on it and search for a friggin Sarah Palin post and go to town.  For those of you that don’t suck, take a look.  Russ at That’s Right is conservative, he cocky, he’s a drinker – hell he blogs when he drinks, he frustrated, and he may even be a little arrogant.  In a nutshell… he’s my kinda guy.  Enjoy the read and check out his site.

I dont know if my boy Russ over there at That’s Right is at it again or if he just thought he’d entertain the rest of us while we were hard at it “enjoying” this nightmare of a game, but either way, TRUST ME this is worth a visit.  Enjoy.  I suggest skipping the bluegrass video but enjoy the Southern beauties.  Just a preview.
