If you like political “feuds,” Sunday produced a great one that you’ve undoubtedly caught wind of long before you had your morning coffee and started your Monday. Former Vice President Dick Cheney and current Vice President Joe Biden have been trading jabs for some time now, but they started throwing hay-makers on the Sunday Circuit this weekend. Cheney knew Biden was set to make the rounds with the weekly programs, so he got in the first money shot by taping an interview with ABC’s This Week Saturday night to take the fight directly to the perpetually confused and always contradictory Joe Biden. It didn’t disappoint. In case this is all news to you. Biden and the Obama administration have broken the Presidential protocol of not bashing your predecessor more than a few times – okay, they do it daily, and Cheney has broken the unspoken pact of silence of a past administration repeatedly by calling Biden and his boss on it each and every time. The back and forth reached a high point last week when Biden laid stake to the claim that Iraq was one of “THIS PRESIDENT’S” successes.
