Bachmann on Palin, Christie, and Her Own Plans for 2012

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann made an appearance on Fox and Friends Wednesday and was asked to weigh in on a host of issues related to 2012.  Her candidacy, the Palin bus tour, and Iowa fundraisers making the trip to New Jersey to press Governor Chris Christie to enter the field topped the list.

Rep. Bachmann is playing each of these news items the only way she can – like the perfect little Party team player – a role that no doubt gives her the willies.  Unfortunately, for her, she’s in a bit of a predicament.  She’s seen as Sarah Palin 2.0 by many, but she’s still not as “well known” as the previous version.  She is no doubt planning to enter this race, but she’s likely going to have to do it in a week where Gov Palin is grabbing the headlines with her bus tour.  Add that to the fact that folks from Iowa – the state she sees as her window – are heading to New Jersey to lobby the Garden State Governor, and you know she’s less than pleased.
