As a general rule, I usually attempt to find the background or at least the context of a video clip before I rush to any judgments about the content therein. This is not one of the times where the general rule is applicable. Frankly, if you need any background here, the only conclusion I can logically come to is that you and this kid must have the same mother.
The video begins with an “innocent” little kid asking the Texas Governor a question along the campaign trail. Governor Perry hunches over to hear the soft-spoken child…

Wow. I don’t know if I’m more embarrassed for the kid or the mother. Bad enough that he’s not even hit puberty yet and he’s already a Lefty tool, but the kid’s national television debut was a puppet show with his mommy pulling the strings. Try selling that to the kids in the cafeteria.

Yeah we saw that video of your mommy whispering in your ear ready to spank you for f*#cking up the question. How old is the Earth? Old enough not to let it’s mommy use it like a Muppet.
Before any of you get testy that I’m clowning on the kid, hang with me for a moment, I’ve got a few things for the loser that gave birth to him as well. But the mom-kid wanted their moment, so let’s let them have it. And either way; he’s young. Kids are resilient. He’ll bounce back from his mother ruining his childhood in a decade or so after half a dozen therapists or two.
At least they didn’t show his face. Right?
It’s not like any of the kids at soccer practice are going to recognize his annoying ass mom that no doubt pulls this kinda crap with the coach, the referee, the guy at the concession stand, the teenager that sold him his shin-guards, the doctor that gave him his physical and told him he was too old to still be breastfeeding…
Kid’s screwed.
But on to this desperate pathetic excuse for a mother…
As I said above, I don’t care about the background here. I’m not Google’in this woman or even spending the five minutes it would take to find a Lefty blog singing her praises telling the tale of a home-schooled child and a mother affording him the unique experience of engaging in political dissent. This woman doesn’t deserve the time and I don’t feel up to the effort.
Let’s just be real about it. Somewhere along the line someone told this woman she just wasn’t smart enough, attractive enough, or important enough and this is how her insecurities have manifested. She’s resorted to talking through her child to a politician with the hope of catching a presidential candidate in an uncomfortable moment being “confronted by a child about Evolution.” L-O-S-E-R!! Actually “loser” may be too generous. Let’s call her an unattractive, insignificant, ignorant, coward of a woman that must either hate her child or really, really, really just hate herself.
For all the Right-wingers out there dating unreasonably insecure Libs, this is the reason why you should make yourself single.
Beyond this woman, what’s with the Lefty obsession with the Evolution-Creationism debate swirling around Perry? Can a brother not believe a higher power had a hand in things? I know Creationism may not be overflowing with scientific intrigue, but is that really at the top of the list of things Lefties are worried about with Perry? In the pecking order of shout-out gotcha questions, I have to believe this one was pretty far down on the list. Where’s the video of the half-Asian half Mexican kid asking about Immigration and Affirmative Action? Did his mom have Laryngitis?
For what it’s worth, I think Perry came off rather unscathed here. Sure, the Lefties are going to love hearing him talk about teaching both Creationism and Evolution in the classroom. Maybe that was even the “plan.” But who among them could argue that the guy didn’t handle this ridiculous moment with all the class of a man wishing to be our next President? I would’ve called the kid a geek and told his mom to comb her hair. President Obama would have blamed Evolution on Biden, Creationism on the Tea Party, and said the age of the Earth was still being calculated by the Congressional Budget Office.
What’s the takeaway here?
I’d say not that much – depending on your perspective I suppose – A video of a mom making an ass of herself and her child goes viral; and the gotcha moment was Rick Perry “admitting” he believes in God and that he respects public education enough to want all theories on the origins of life on this planet to be taught in the classroom? Sounds like a big win for the loser lib-mom. And all at the measly cost the price of permanently scarring her child…
I wonder how she’s going to react tomorrow when her kid runs out and buys a poster of Piper Palin. Payback’s a mother…
