There are two people in politics that carry no weight with me – HasBeen and NeverWas. I’ll let you figure out which one of these former Republican future stars is which.
Tim Pawlenty and Bobby Jindal popped in over at Meet the Press Sunday and managed to all but bore me back to sleep on a day when I was extremely excited to watch some political news after a long vacation where everything but a nuclear attack would have gone unreported. Actually, considering the fact that a baby dying on my boat went unbeknownst to me and my fellow 5000 passengers, I’m not even sure that would have trumped or interrupted the hourly update from Chuck the FunGuy.
Well anyways, here are two of the least influential governors in the GOP talking 2012 politics and their respective candidates of choice.
For the record, if either of these two make in on the GOP ticket at the VP selection, I will personally support Sarah Palin entering the race as a third party candidate. And just in case you’re new here, that would pretty much force me to abandon every single thing I have ever said about both Sarah Palin and third party candidates. Let’s just say I want neither of these tools a heartbeat away from the presidency and leave it at that.
