What makes this report “news” is the fact that it appears the terrorist leader thought a Joe Biden presidency would prove even more chaotic than the loss of our president and our top general. Newly released is information on a Bin Laden plot to kill President Obama and Gen David Petraeus; and to leave the US in Crisis Under VP Biden’s leadership.

For obvious reasons, Special Forces Command rarely offers public statements regarding missions – proposed, completed, failed, or otherwise. Because of that history of silence, it is all the more compelling that said silence has been broken to rebut a new book that has been released. Former Navy Seal Chuck Pfarrer’s Seal Target Geronimo purports to tell the “real story” of Seal Team Six’s mission to kill/capture Osama bin Laden. In a nutshell, the author claims that the public was sold a story before details of the mission were fully known to those doing the sharing. Pfarrer essentially makes the argument that accounts of the operation were manipulated for political purpose/gain.

Helmet-cams worn by the Navy SEAL Team recorded the entire raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound? Not that anyone was really buying the official White House narrative of the Osama bin Laden raid after umpteen revisions; or the story of how the administration “viewed” the operation in “real time”; but this account does paint, perhaps a more realistic version of how “intelligence officials” were able to track the mission’s progress – or at least piece it together post-op. What it doesn’t explain is why White House spokesmen seemed to be making educated guesses as to the details in the days following the raid on the Abbottabad compound.
