It’s difficult at times not to lose sight of really important days in American history with the rush to absorb the news of today. I’m guilty of it. I’ve banged out a half a dozen “stories” here today and none had anything to do with perhaps the most important thing I could have shared with you. Today is the 67th Anniversary of D-Day – a day that turned the tides of World War II and forever altered the course of human history. The men that stormed the beaches of France that day helped change the world of their present and chart the course that led us to our today.
